Steampunk Airship Asset Pack
Steampunk designs are often used in fantasy settings to show a world whose technology developed in a different direction than our own, but sometimes developers may not have the time or skills to create the models required for their stories. This is where our asset pack can help.
This team project had me and a partner working on creating a steampunk-themed asset pack for sale on different marketplaces for people to use. I focused on creating the propulsion, while my partner created the hull of the ship. This asset pack includes numerous different thruster designs that customers may chose between to achieve their desired aesthetic.

Makeshift Turbines
This engine was designed to bring a makeshift, hobbled-together look, and made in proportion to a 40L barrel, and a 1000L water tank. Although unrealistic, as real jet turbines are far more complicated than an empty tube, this set of engines have a lot a character that may be perfect for your project.

Brass Turbines
These brass engines were designed to appeal to a more high-end look, for a cleaner aesthetic. Their designs are based on the look of real open-rotor engines and a helicopter's tail rotor. While these designs are more grounded in reality, they still have fantastical elements, such as the vertical rotor having no centre support, adding to the mythical technology of steampunks.

Blimp Envelope
The blimp envelope was originally going to be a simple canvas sheet, similar to real blimps, however, when exploring ideas, I tried encasing it with 10 brass beams, finding that it greatly improved the steampunk aesthetic of the design.
